Hi, I’m Lauren.

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Mama to two sweet girls. I believe that proper nutrition is the foundation to good health. I understand that there is a lot of subject matter on nutrition and how we should feed ourselves out on the internet, and I also understand that what works for one simply will not work for all. I provide evidence-based nutrition care for women’s reproductive health. Whether you are looking to manage PCOS, get your regular period back, or manage gestational diabetes, I can help!

My Approach:

I call it “scrunchy” or, “sorta crunchy”. I like my science with a side of woo woo, if you will. I take an evidence-based approach while understanding that individual experience is evidence. I like having high-quality, research-backed evidence to pull from as well as a variety of holistically minded practices in my toolbelt to apply as I see fit in an attempt to rectify a root cause to nutrition-related problems.

I accept all folks in every body size. Full Stop. I do not judge, disvalue, or discriminate bodies. You are welcome in my practice as you are. If you would prefer to not discuss weight, that is entirely appropriate and supported. If you would like to discuss your weight during our time together, that is welcomed as well.
