About

HI, I’m Lauren

Hi there! I’m Lauren. A Registered Dietitian, a mama, a lover of cooking, food, and dogs. I work with women to establish positive nutrition habits and relationships with food in order to reach wellness and reproductive goals.

Nutrition is woven into the fabric of our lives. It is something we hardly ever think about, but also think about all the time. It can be confusing, especially when we are concerned about being the best versions of ourselves as we are trying to get energy back or prevent hair loss because of PCOS, regulate our periods, or manage blood sugars to prevent diabetes. If you have ever questioned what the “best” things to eat for fertility, pregnancy, PCOS, or whatever complication you’re facing, I’m glad you’re here.

I help women and mamas to be navigate the waters of proper nutrition. I believe that proper nutrition and healthy relationships with food are the foundation to good health, mentally and physically.

My education is in Nutrition and Dietetics with a focus on Women’s Health and Perinatal nutrition. I work with women that are faced with infertility, PCOS, Gestational diabetes, Hyperemesis Gravidarum, and more. Whether you are concerned about getting pregnant, maintaining a healthy pregnancy, wanting to establish a healthy relationship with food, or need more generalized nutrition guidance, I am here to help you.

I work with women to reach their goals of fertility, healthy pregnancies, PCOS remission, and lactation through a weight inclusive lens. Whatever your body size, shape, color, gender or orientation, you are welcome here.
