    Many cysters spend thousands on supplements, diets, juicers, or other food plans that aren’t backed by science. My biggest priority is helping you improve your nutrition so you can improve your quality of life. Without gimmicks.

  • All sessions will be recorded so you can refer to them at any time! If you have questions that week, you can then send them to me via our private chat or post them in your private Facebook group to get feedback from other group participants.

  • From my experience as a dietitian, I have found that meal plans are often hard to stick to and are a cheap solution to a deeper problem. Instead, I provide recipe ideas for how to build nourishing meals. I also encourage you to incorporate body knowledge, personal preferences, and cultural foods into your eating pattern.     That’s totally up to you to decide which one is the best fit for your life, your goals and your budget. But if you’ve made it this far, I’d bet you’d be a good fit for any of my coaching offers.

    A group program is an excellent way to gain food confidence as a pcos cyster, bust through all the myths, and reach your nutrition goals at a lower investment than 1:1 coaching. If you thrive off connecting with others and don’t feel like you need as many 1:1 conversations, it could be a great option for you. In 1:1 coaching, you get weekly private calls with me and work in an intimate setting where you’re held accountable to reach your goals quickly.

    Often, when someone has been wanting to go all-in with big goals or tackle hard struggles for some time, 1:1 coaching is a better fit. If you want to make changes and empower yourself with knowledge, but your struggles feel more manageable, group coaching is an excellent option.

  • If this is an important goal for you or others in the group, we will certainly incorporate it into our sessions. That said, we do not focus on counting calories and macros or looking at the scale. We focus on nutrition that benefits your overall health, PCOS symptom management and balance, which can result in healthy weight loss.

  • Setting aside 30 minutes to 1 hr per week for the program will help you stay at a solid pace in setting goals.

  • The beta round of this program begins once all slots are full. There are limited seats available to keep the experience intimate and valuable for participants.
