Dr. Cole Kampen

Cole (she/her) received her undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University in 2003, and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from St. Catherine University in Minneapolis, MN in 2011. She exclusively practices Pelvic Health PT, and received her Pelvic Health Certificate from Evidence in Motion.

Cole provides specialized pelvic health therapy services for adults of all genders and backgrounds. Above all, she loves helping people feel comfortable, strong, and confident in their bodies. She has a certificate in sex counseling, and uses a combination of dry needling, manual therapy, and exercise to help her patients meet their goals.

Lauren Mardeusz, RD, LDN

Lauren is a Women’s Health Registered Dietitian and mama to two spicy little girls. Originally from Michigan, Lauren spent time at Michigan State University before completing her Degree in nutrition and dietetics from The University of North Carolina Greensboro.

Lauren helps women improve their health and balance their hormones through a nutrition focused lens. She untangles the web of nutrition information and through compassionate guidance and evidence-based expertise, she helps women navigate their unique hormonal journeys to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Courtney Hall, MSW, LCSWA

Courtney earned her undergraduate degree from the prestigious North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. She earned her Masters from University of South Carolina in Columbia. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate, Certified Birth Doula, Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional and a Trained Perinatal Mental Health Provider.

She has served the community of Greensboro and surrounding areas as a school social worker for 12 years and served as a Mental Health Coordinator for Guilford County School System for a little over a year. Prior to that she was an ACTT team lead for a company in Raleigh, then worked in dialysis as a social worker for about 1 year. She has served as a field supervisor for interns through the UNCG and A&T social work program for years. Through that she has provided much education, training, mentorship, etc. Currently, she works full time for Cone Health as Clinical Social Worker, contract for private practice and last but not least she the Owner/Founder of Bump.Baby.Bliss. Doula, Counseling & Ultrasound Studio.

Kelly Black, RN, BSN, IBCLC

Kelly has been a registered nurse for over 17 years and has been working with breastfeeding families for over 10 years as a mother/baby nurse at The Women’s and Children’s Center at Cone Hospital.

For over five years, she has specialized as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), helping families begin breastfeeding during their hospital stay after the birth of their baby.

She has a passion for helping families throughout their breastfeeding journey. She has taught numerous breastfeeding classes and facilitated hundreds of pumping and breastfeeding support groups for families during the 4th trimester and beyond.

Carly Buehler

Carly is a prenatal and postnatal fitness expert. She has a 2 year old son and loves meeting and supporting other moms on their fitness journey. Originally from Illinois, she went to college at the University of Northern Iowa where she got her bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. She is coming up on being in the fitness industry for 11 years! Carly works full time locally for ISI Elite Training as the Facility Manager and also operates her online women's fitness business where she has helped over 200 women on their postnatal journey, multiple clients, and recently launched her prenatal program pathway. This topic (postpartum fitness) is very important to her as she went through Postpartum Anxiety herself and more importantly, as a fitness professional she saw a HUGE gap in care for women when she went through the postpartum period herself.
